W-200 (CW112C)

Copper Nickel Silicon (CuNiCrSi).

W-200 is a heat treated copper alloy with high mechanical values for strength and conductivity. A very good alternative to copper alloys that contains beryllium, however a slightly softer alloy.

Areas of use
Electrodes for resistance and spot welding, dies, die casting ram, details for plastic mould injection tool
